Well, try some unique ways to find a job - Referrals Referrals can do miracles for you. Ask them to contact you if they do, so that you can ask for a referral. (However don’t do this if you’re currently employed!) Write a Prospecting Letter Make use of the power of direct mail. Shortlist the companies that you would like to join. Write up a letter to your contact network and ask them if they know anyone who works at any of the companies on your list. On any positive response, send them your resume and ask them to forward it to their HR team. Call Human Resources Call the HR department. Ask them what outside agency or recruiting firm they use. Get the lead and apply to that firm. Send the HR team a thank you note as well.
Best of luck, |
